Blue Cross Charitable Institution and its 10 affiliated temples celebrated Chinese New Year with prayers and a lunch at its Pasir Panjang premises on 25 Feb 2018. Displayed proudly at the main entrance was a 7.6m dragon made of plastic spoons, wire and papier marche, built by the organisation's volunteers.
